Camera problem

Hello,

I have a Zenbook 14 UX425, and I'm having a problem with my built-in camera.

I have a F10 key that should enable and disable the camera, but the key does not work. Other F keys are working.

When I'm pressing the key a loading circle appears and disappears quickly.

The key used to work, and so is the camera, but suddenly they stopped working and now I can't turm my camera on. Other camera settings are ok - I followed all the available guides.

I would be happy to recieve advices, or should I go to a computer lab?

Thank you.

If performing a Reset this PC did not work, you may need to consider performing a Clean Installation of Windows 11.

Download the Media Creation tool (Click Download tool now). Use the tool to "Create installation media (USB flash drive at least 8GB in size) to install Windows 11". Instructions inside the link.

Note: Please make sure to uncheck the "Use the recommended options for this PC" box.

Please try checking the link below for more details.

Insert the USB Installation media into your computer. Please change the boot order in the Bios Settings. Boot your PC from the Installation Media you created.

Kindly refer to the link below on How to perform a Clean Installation of Windows 11

    Hi,

I don't remember exactly when the camera last worked, I guess a few months ago.

I tried all options in the ASUS support article.
