    Hello, Mirea Ilarie

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Hello, thank you for your feedback on your issue here, it seems that you are experiencing a system black screen error.

First of all, thank you for sharing some information, I will provide you with some troubleshooting steps you can perform first:

    1. Check hardware connections

Re-plug the M.2 SSD: Make sure the SSD is properly installed in the slot, sometimes poor contact may cause system error.

Check other hardware: Make sure other hardware such as memory sticks, graphics cards, etc. are also installed correctly and connected securely.

    1. Update drivers

Graphics card driver: Visit the NVIDIA website to download and install the previous version of the driver.

Motherboard drivers: Visit the motherboard manufacturer's website to download and install the latest chipset drivers and firmware updates. If you have already updated to the latest then you can also install older versions.

Storage Controller Driver: Make sure the driver for M.2 SSD is up-to-date.

    1. BIOS Setup

Check the BIOS settings: Enter the BIOS to make sure the settings of the M.2 SSD are correct. For example, check if AHCI mode is enabled.

Update BIOS: Visit the motherboard manufacturer's official website to check if there are available BIOS updates and follow the instructions.

If you are going to modify BIOS Settings, please  back up all your personal files first to ensure you do not lose data.

    1. Check System Files

Run the System File Checker tool:

Open a command prompt (run as administrator) and enter the command sfc /scannow to scan and repair system files.

Enter the command chkdsk /f to check and repair hard disk errors.

After this run a clean boot to run the game alone for observation, you can also share your game is which will black screen. How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support

Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background service is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.

These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get back on track.

    1. Test the memory

Run a memory test: Use the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool or some other diagnostic software to run a full memory test to rule out the possibility of memory failure.

    1. Monitor hardware health

Use hardware monitoring tools: Make sure that your hardware (especially the CPU and GPU) is working properly under load and is not overheating or otherwise abnormal.

    1. Check the Event Viewer

Check the Windows Event Viewer: look for error messages in the system log that may provide more details about the failure. You can share it here.

Additionally if a blue screen is occurring, you can refer to the thread below to upload the blue screen logs in order to continue researching some of the potential causes.
