so i went to look at update but it says windows 11 23h2 version but i already have that look

can someone help me

    Please check if you can still use the “Show or Hide Updates” troubleshooter to hide the 23H2 update. Windows Update won’t install hidden updates. Run the troubleshooter then please try to hide the 23H2 update that will show in the list. You may try restarting your pc if it helps.
