BSOD - minidump

Anyone able to help analyze the mini dump and tell us what the issue is?

we've swap the entire hardware with exemption of the Harddrive and OS and we are still getting BSOD

    Hi, upon checking and analyzing the event logs you have, there is a significant error with Kernel-Power, which means there is an error with the hardware itself, this might happen when the processor is overheating or getting low power from the motherboard or in the power supply since you have swapped the hardware and still having an issue, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues, moreover, before doing that, let us make sure that there are no software-related issues on the PC, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

    Hello - i've uploaded the event logs in same url - the workstation hung with a blank screen at around8PM EST - august 29th - there's a GAP from 8PM EST to 9:PM EST - that's when we had to do the hard reboot

    Hi, thank you for that information, can you further check if you have more dump files on the PC? As per checking the Minidump file, it is only displaying general errors, in addition, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

    I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, based on your inputs, it seems that there is a hardware-related issue on the PC, can you please upload the Minidump files so that we can further analyze what is causing the issue? kindly follow the steps below:

    Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

    Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location like Desktop or Documents.

    Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using and please share the shareable link here.

    To upload and share the link using One Drive:
