Strange BSOD problem

After a couple of days ago my computer started crashing with BSOD. The screen goes away too fast so it is impossible to see the actual error code in BSOD. Crashes happen randomly (not only under load, windows with 30% usage maximum can also crash)

  • Firstly, I thought it is Windows Insider Edition that was causing problems, but reinstalling to Release branch didn't solve an issue.
  • I checked my temperatures in OCCT (saw Windows crashing while monitoring temps), they were ok (65 deg. on laptop for CPU)
  • I checked my Event Log and found these errors: "The cphs service terminated with the following error: Unspecified error" & "The Intel(R) Content Protection HECI Service service terminated with the following error: Unspecified error"

These errors happen prior or during the time of BSOD.

  • I also reinstalled windows around 4 times, each of them showed problems (windows crashing with BSOD during installation): INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE Windows installs correctly after about 4 reboots with BSOD

I am sure it is a hardware issue now, but I have no idea what is causing it. I checked my SSD health, it is around 79% (kind of ok for a 6 years old drive)
All the apps I tried showed no problems with my hardware.

No mini dump was created with BSOD
Here is my PC info (DxDiag): https://pastebin.com/dAPimCdX

What happened after turning on Driver Verifier:
    BSOD with 0xc000021a - x3
BSOD Critical Process Died - x1
Driver Verifier resetted. no Mini Dump was Created

After reconfiguring Driver Verifier I had 2 BSOD screens with error: "Driver Verifier Detected Violation... lamparray.sys" - x2

Safe Mode helped me booting into windows
Here is Mini Dump created after this:
Sadly I can not attach files here, so here is a link to google drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JeiBztcvZuixp9LzIZHikGD2HmBYbqUM/view?usp=sharing

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

To try to force Windows show any faulting drivers...etc., the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files

Before you run Driver Verifier, please create a new System Restore Point

Note, if you have any difficulty getting into Windows with Driver Verifier enabled:

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these two commands, then restart your PC.

    verifier /reset

    verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail
