Why does one document dim when working side by side on 2 documents. This is very frustrating. I have a ASUS Vivobook running windows 11 and Microsoft Office home and Business 2021

Dimming of documents when working with 2 more documents side by side. How can I solve this problem?

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Windows does not have a function to dim inactive windows, that is always an annoying function of a utility installed by the PC manufacturer.

    Open the MyAsus app, then go to Customization - General, and disable 'Target Mode'.

    That should remove that annoying behaviour.
