I found the files but it's not allowing me to compress them into a zip file
PC crashing:
I've had about 3 different people at Microsoft "fix" my PC. I had frequent crashes. The last guy to help was certain he fixed it. And I think he did. But when it does crash it gets Frozen on the blue screen. It stops at 100% and it can't reset properly. And I have to shut my entire PC down. Does anyone know why this is happening?
