I have lenovo laptop and I am not able change the brightness , only the bar is working but it does not change the display brightness...... I did a local reset and now cloud reset and before that I disable and then enable the amd driver . I also taken up help of lenovo service team they make some changes it starts working but after using 30 minutes, a black screen came up and again brightness stoped working and service team did this 2 times and now I want a permanent solution .....

Go back to Levono support

You update drivers only via the Levono update utility, Vantage and no other source
