    Dear Bionic Vindicate!

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

I understand that you may be very anxious right now, especially when all your source code is at risk. Unfortunately, as a community support person, I cannot directly help you on the spot. However, you can try to shoot a video of the boot loop, and I can provide some suggestions based on your video to try to solve the problem and how to record a video to show the problem of the looping shutdown.

    Notes:

    • When uploading a video, make sure not to disclose any sensitive information, such as personal data or code displayed on the screen.
    • The video does not need to be long, just long enough to show the problem.

If you try to fix it yourself and cannot enter safe mode or use recovery options, and you are worried about data loss, then consider the following emergency measures:

    • If possible, try to connect the laptop hard drive to another computer as a slave drive to access your files.
    • If you have a laptop warranty and this problem seems serious, you may need to contact the manufacturer's customer service to get technical support to perform an emergency backup of your data.

Keep in mind that these steps may require some knowledge of data backup and recovery techniques. If you are not familiar with these operations, you may need to seek help from a professional.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

    Best regards
