If this is a work computer you need to contact the organization that gave you the license. This type of license requires your computer to connect to the organization KMS server to validate and renew license. Microsoft doesn’t activate this license directly. If you no longer work at that organization you cannot use KMS license.

    The pop up screen from this command doesn't contain any private information. It will show the last 5 digits of the license key and that doesn't identify any private information either. It can, however, give a clue if it is a digital license vs. traditional license, so overall this page would shed some light of what could be the issue. It is a common first step when troubleshooting activation issue.

    slmgr /dlv
