Cannot activate windows after hardware change.

I changed my cpu and motherboard from Intel to AMD due to issues I had with my Intel cpu. After I did a fresh install of windows the troubleshooter will not allow me to activate even though I have the key. I keep getting an error. I attempted to submit a support request on the get help app yesterday and it said I would receive a call. 24 hours later I never received that call. I tried multiple times calling microsoft support and suffered through the automated prompts many times before finally getting the point to where it sends me to a live person. Each time I wait 15 minutes or more for the elevator music to stop and hear someone pick up a phone for it to hang up EVERY TIME. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Is there any way I can get help some other way?

    Hi Dalbry,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

Please show Activation page of Settings and the result of

    slmgr /dlv

command. How did you purchase the license and what is this license?
