    Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this problem. The minidump files indicate errors related to the Qualcomm Wireless lan network drivers.

    1. Reinstall and update the Qualcomm Wireless LAN WIFI network driver. Download the latest Wireless LAN network driver directly from the Manufacturer's support website. Do not use any driver downloader software to download the drivers.
    2. Install the latest chipset drivers. Download the latest chipset drivers directly from the motherboard manufacturer's support website. Then restart your computer.
