I am currently running a HP 15-dy2078nr(Model) Laptop. One morning about a month ago, I ran into an issue where I was constantly looping the Advanced Recovery Blue Screen. I have my BitLocker Key that I have to enter each time just to get into the options. Nothing that I have tried to do to fix the issue has worked. Here is a list of what all I have tried to do:

Reset This PC - Remove Everything - (Instantly skips the Cloud/Local Install Screen): There was a problem resetting your PC.

Startup Repair - Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC. Log File C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

Uninstall Updates - Uninstall Latest Quality Update - We ran into a problem and won't be able to uninstall the latest quality update of Windows.

Uninstall Updates - Uninstall Latest Feature Update - We ran into a problem and won't be able to uninstall the latest feature update of Windows. Try resetting your PC instead.

System Restore - No restore points have been created on your computer's system drive.

Use a Device - USB Drive (UEFI) (I have a USB Drive with Windows 11 repair) - The Selected boot device failed.

Command Prompt: Multiple Youtube videos of commands to do with nothing working.

Hello, I'm Manoel Barros! I will help you in the best way possible, using my knowledge and experience.

Since you have already tried many recommended and advanced troubleshootings, the quickest and least headache-free way is to format your PC using Windows Installation Media.

ATTENTION: Restore is not always able to "clean" Windows 100%. Some issues may still persist after Restoration.

Therefore, we recommend performing a Format and Clean Installation of Windows, which ensures that the problem is resolved, and that Windows has 100% intact and original files.

ATTENTION: You must manually back up your files to another location, as all files and programs will be deleted. If you do not have experience and knowledge, take your device to a specialized and trustworthy technical assistance!

    1. In the link below, Kapil Arya MVP explains how to do a Clean Format.

    1. Update Windows and install drivers via Windows Update.

ATTENTION: Do not use third-party programs to install drivers (only from the Manufacturer or Windows Update).

    Update Windows and Drivers

    1. Open System Configuration > Click ''Update & Security'' > ''Windows Update'' > ''Check for Updates''.
    2. Download all available updates. Click ''Show optional updates'' marked in blue > Select all drivers and updates > Click ''Download and Install''.
    3. When everything is finished, restart the computer > See if the problem appears while performing the steps above.

I will be here to answer any questions or information! Review the topic if this information or troubleshootings helped you! In this way, you help other users too.
