Seen my computer wanted a system update for bug fixes and stuff. Soon it when to the blue screen error and said it was restarting. I have done everything from forced shut down to turning it off and on again multiple times, push and hold certain keys to try and access a safe mode but no matter what I do it will not go past the first opening screen with the green acer logo. I need this computer for school because it has all my files and documents that i can never recover otherwise

Click Repair your computer > Troubleshoot > Command prompt

    Type: notepad.exe

    Press Enter

    Click File, then Open
