Windows 11 Pro Network issue

Hello,

I have 2 Problems and I am unable to figure out a fix.

1st problem if I open file explore and go to Network I have several devices listed. Problem is one device is not mine and it comes and goes from section at random. It shows in list in Phone section as a Phone but when I go to Properties it says is it is a Honda car. But it is not mine and I cant figure out how to remove it.

I am on a wired lan and my router does have wifi but it is secure and I dont see device listed as connection when I look.

How do I find the device and remove it from the network for good?

Router password has been changed many times and all pcs scanned for virus and malware with several programs including Microsoft mrt and Widows Defender.

Issue 2 is When I go to Internet Properties is says "Some setting are managed by your system administrator" and I cant change settings.
Yet when I run gpedit.msc and I check settings none are configured in any section. Could my Antivirus be stopping access to those settings?

Thanks in advance

Gren

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

On the back or base of your router, there should be a label with an IP address, user name and password.

Open a web browser and enter the IP address into the Address bar and press Enter.

That should open the router control panel, you should be able to see all devices connected to your network, and from there, you can block any device you do not recognise.
