BSOD Kernel Security Check Failure

Hello!
I'm having a reoccurring problem with a excel file, sometimes when using this file the system randomly BSOD.

I have tried changing the laptop, and the error popped up again, I don't have the system information for the old laptop, but here is for the new one,

Model : HP Elitebook 840 14 inch G9

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1245U

Ram: 16GB

W11 Enterprise ver : 10.0.22631 Build 22631

Please advise on how I should follow up on this problem

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Your minidump files indicate a driver that is usually associated to Citrix online plug-in or Citrix USB Monitor Driver

    If that is something you have installed on your PC, then you should re-install that driver/software
