I CONTINUE TO GET THIS ERROR CODE SINCE SEVERAL MOUNTH WHEN I TRY TO UPDATE WINDOW INTELLIGENCE.

    The error code 0x80070643 denotes "Fatal error". The update can fail for several reasons.

    Please open admin PowerShell and run these commands:

    get-mpcomputerstatus
    
    sc.exe query windefend
    

    Press Enter.

    Copy the output and post it here.

    Also, let me know if you can open the Windows Security → Virus and threat protection page.
