As the title, I keep getting a Blue Screen - Clock Watchdog Timeout Error every time I attempt to initiate a game.

Computer seems to run fine without issues with other tasks but every time I enter a game, the fan speeds up and at some point the blue screen kicks in.

Go to the support page for your PC or Motherboard on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of Chipset drivers they recommend.

    Hi Dave,

My computer has a K processor and an Asus motherboard with AI overclocking set as Auto. I have not personally set up an overclocking mode or XMP profile, so I’m unsure if this is the standard mode…

The computer does have a good 10 years, but it runs everything just fine, and as an example I have been playing Anno most of the afternoon without issues.

I installed CoreTemp and temperatures do seam to reach over 85degrees on some cores sometimes

That minidump file indicated a driver associated to your Intel processor caused that crash.

Are you overclocking your processor, or is there any XMP profile set on your RAM in BIOS?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your one minidump file just indicated generic errors, there is nothing indicated as the cause of that crash.

If this is an on-going problem, do you have any more minidump files available that you can upload for analysis?
