Every time I try to multitask or play a game my pc randomly freeze and crash showing me error code SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION. I had update it all the driver and also check for corrupt data and nothing. I had freshly install a clean windows 11 pro to the system and I’m still getting the error and blue screen.

Hi, I apologize, but the file format you provided seems to be incorrect.

Can you just upload the contents of the minidump folder?

Try now, I also know it every time I try to perform a window's defender full scan it when the crash happens. I only encounter the bsod when preforming a full scan with windows defender. Other than that, my computer runs perfectly fine, it's very odd. I have run many diagnostics such as Dism, Sfc and check disk and windows memory diagnostic with no errors.

    Hello, I'm here to help.

I may need you to provide the dump file to help you analyze the failure. Please see if there is a. DMP file in your system directory "C:\Windows\Minidump". If there is, please upload it to a cloud drive such as OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive and share the link here, I will help you analyze it.

If you can't upload them due to permission issues, please copy them to your desktop and upload them again.

Disclaimer: The dump file may contain some information about you, such as system environment, software used, etc. This is a public community and can be viewed by anyone, so please remove the share as soon as possible after I answer. Please do not provide the file named "MEORY.DMP", which contains almost all information about your system.

Please feel free to reply. This is not a live chat channel and I may be in a different time zone than you. As a result, replies may be delayed and I may respond minutes to hours later.
