My current computer used to be a school computer, and it had parental controls on it. I can't contact the organization to remove them, so that's not an option. The board had chrome disabled, so that's not even an option.

Hello AlexanderAKD, I'm Quinn, and I'm happy to help you.

If you can't access the parent account or contact the organization, let's create a new local admin user. Make sure you have backed up your important data to prevent accidental loss. Then, follow these steps:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Go to Accounts > Family & other users.
    3. Click Add account under Other users.
    4. Select I don’t have this person’s sign-in information.
    5. Choose Add a user without a Microsoft account.
    6. Follow the prompts to create a new account.

Once done, make it an Administrator:

    1. Go back to Settings > Accounts > Family & other users.
    2. Find the new account and click on it.
    3. Select "Change account type".
    4. Choose "Administrator" and click OK.

Now, sign out and sign back in with the new account. This should give you full control, bypassing any previous restrictions.
