“A media driver is missing”

Hello, I have tried to install windows 10/11 on my PC.

I have: bought a new hard drive

Set the disk as primary

Cleaned the hard drive

Removed the usb stick

Changed the usb ports

Tried to update BIOS (which there was none)

I can’t change to AHCI since there is no option for it

And have tried different USB sticks.

I am at a total loss since I have spent the last week researching and looking into the same articles with no solution as to just the aforementioned steps above. If any one can throw their 2 cents in, that would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello, GabrielQI.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community

Thank you for your feedback. I read the information you provided.

I understand that this problem is troubling for you. If you have installed some special system versions (for example, some versions in the European region do not support installation using installation media), this problem may occur. Therefore, I suggest you read the following article to check. If the installation media you use is incorrect, please recreate it.

At the same time, I hope you can provide us with a picture of the error message. This will help me better understand your current situation.

I look forward to your reply.
