Updated Windows 10 computer lagging

I downloaded the update for Windows 10 earlier today I went on to play Diablo 4 and my game was very laggy and I would get disconnected I lost so I did a system restore and it was working fine until about an hour and a half ago where I seen I had a update needed to be done so I went and did it and now my computer is lagging like hell

    I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, this issue usually occurs when there is a driver incompatibility with the new update or there are third-party services that may interrupt the process, in addition, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?
