Malware alert possibility scam

Question

Computer locked alert from Microsoft due to security concerns instructed to call 8665813371 to unlock, David P answered had me load unltraview and gave call back number 2022024278, also transfer to my bank fraud department to alert bank, did not provide any bank information- at this point I become suspicious and hung up and uninstalled ultra view, was this a hack & what should I do now on my laptop?

This is a scam, hopefully, you did not let them access your bank information.

Once you uninstall UltraViewer, they can't access your computer, but I recommend you scan your computer for viruses and change your passwords to ensure your security.
