Recovery Help !

-> note: "Please help me, guys. I need your support to recover my account."

Recently, I was hacked, and all of my email IDs and passwords were leaked by an infostealer account database, which then leaked my information to the dark web. I have managed to recover all of my accounts, except for my Microsoft account. The hacker changed the main email address associated with the account, making it impossible for me to recover. I've filled out the recovery form multiple times, but I'm not receiving any emails or any other form of assistance. Please help me resolve this issue before it's too late. I'm curious to know why the recovery service is so slow and seemingly ineffective. This is the account with the changed email and password; I am currently accessing it using a pass-key. I would appreciate any help or guidance you can provide. Thank you.

    Hello FayezPK,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We are sorry to learn that your Microsoft account has been compromised by a hacker, and I recommend that you visit the following support link as a priority and follow the instructions in trying to restore your Microsoft account:

How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

But I notice that you have tried several times the last option we can give, which is to fill out the recovery form, but you have not received any reply emails. My guess is that the hacker may have changed the email address associated with your account and blocked all channels to retrieve your account, which makes it such a difficult task.

I understand your frustration, but I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do about it.

Create a new account to use, and try to keep all the information related to the account, including email, mobile phone number, authenticator, password, and so on

    Best Regards,

Then what about the money that I have spent on it?
