My PC was down for about 9 months and had to replace the motherboard. Now when I try to login to my PC profile using my microsoft account it is asking for my old PC password or my Windows Hello and I don't have access to this.

    Hello, Annonomys_778

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you are experiencing issues with needing to log into your PC with your old account. Here are some troubleshooting options:

1.If you are logging in using Windows Hello, you can enter your BIOS to clear the TPM data, you will need to refer to your motherboard manual for details.

Disclaimer: Please backup your important data before doing this.

    1. Use a USB flash drive to create a USB installation media and set the boot order to boot from the USB device.

Save the settings and exit BIOS or UEFI, the computer will boot from the USB flash drive.

In the Windows installation screen, select your language, time and keyboard layout, and then click “Next”.

In the installation window, click on the “Repair Computer” option in the lower left corner.

On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshooting.

On the Troubleshooting screen, select Advanced Options.

    Select “Command Prompt”.
