Computer keeps blue screening to multiple codes

I have been blue screening since April of this year and have tried numerous solutions that I could find across Microsoft forums. I have done multiple system scans (sfc scan, dsim repairs, memory diagnostic tool, check disk, etc.), resetting my PC, reinstalling windows 11, and buying a completely new GPU. I had to manually stop auto restart after BSOD, and the codes that I saw were: Critical process died, system service exception, and unexpected store exception.

I have no idea what else to do and I need to know if I need to buy new computer parts at this point since school is about to start and I can't have my computer blue screening sometimes every 10 minutes. The only thing I haven't tried yet that I know of is the Driver Verifier and minidump files since I didn't understand how to do them properly.

    Hi Lester,

Thank you for for replying. Yes I am still able to use the affected device.

Like I stated in my previous reply, I am unable to locate the minidump files. I attached a screenshot of my file explorer. I am also still running driver verifier and no blue screens have happened, just impacted computer performance.

Hi Megan, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my working hours vary & I usually reply between 10:00 pm & 6:00 am EST(UTC -5) Monday to Sunday.

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, and just to confirm can you still use the affected device? if so, we need to analyze the error, can you please check if you have minidump files on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location like Desktop or Documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using and please share the shareable link here.

To upload and share the link using One Drive:

Go to this link: https://onedrive.live.com/ then upload the file.

Then provide the shareable link by following the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/shar...

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard

    Hi again,

I tried to use the minidump files with kernel dump files, but when my computer crashed, I couldn't locate the dump files.

I also am currently running driver verifier, I'm presuming just waiting to see if/when it will crash. What do I do after it crashes?

Thank you for the quick response!

The link that you sent for the Minidump files says [invalid URL removed].

I am currently trying to figure out the methods that you sent.
