My windows 10 laptop freezing randomly. If i run sfc /scannow command it shows error like "windows resource protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them" but after few minutes same freezing and same error. I also reinstalled and downgraded my windows 11 to 10. And i also cleaned RAM after cleaning RAM 2-3 days worked fine but after 3 days same problem with random freezing. But that freezing will not occur in safe mood and my laptop battery health remaining only 20%. Is this problem because of bad battery? Please tell me.

    Thanks for the screenshots.

    I suggest doing the following:

    • Download the latest chipset driver from the link below and install it.

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88501-89000/sp...

    (Run the downloaded EXE file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.)

    • I noticed that the laptop BIOS is outdated. I suggest you update it by following HP's instructions.

    Then, see if the system will work stable.

    If the problem occurs again after doing this, let me know. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    I found some warnings that say the following:

    "The speed of processor 0 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware."

    I've seen this warning before, but the computer didn't show the same symptoms as yours. However, it may have something to do with the problem you are having.

    Please, share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

    Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please do the following:

    Export and share the log for analysis:

    1. Press "Windows + X" and select "Event Viewer";
    2. Expand "Windows Logs" and select "System";
    3. In the "Actions" panel on the right, select "Filter Current Log";
    4. In "Event level", check the boxes "Critical", "Warning", and "Error" and click on "Ok";
    5. Again, in the "Actions" panel, select "Save Filtered Log File As" and save in an easily accessible place.

    Then, upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
