Hypervisor Error, how to fix?

I am experiencing frequent blue screen errors on my computer, and the main issue is related to a Hypervisor Error.

The blue screens are occurring quite frequently, and I've tried various troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists and has been difficult to resolve.

I have a minidump file from one of the crashes and would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me analyze it to identify the root cause of the issue. Any guidance or suggestions would be incredibly helpful, as this problem is severely impacting my ability to use my computer effectively.

    Hi,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

The minidump files did not name any driver, only pointing to ntkrnlmp.exe, a Windows component. This means that a different factor led to the system error or it could be a memory corruption that usually happens due to incompatible drivers.

To troubleshoot this issue, enable the driver verifier and let the computer crash 3 times then disable it and share the newly created minidump file:

    Thanks for updating me.

The minidump files still did not name any driver, only pointing to a Windows.

Kindly try these general troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue ( Skip a step that you have already tried):

Uninstall the graphics card driver completely using the DDU free tool:

Then, install the latest driver provided on the manufacturer's website.

Uninstall any third-party security software and scan for viruses & malware with the free Malwarebytes:

If you are overclocking your PC, try running everything (CPU, GPU, system memory) at their stock speeds. See if the issue is still reproducible. Or, turn off XMP profile or set it to Auto.

Download then install the latest version of BIOS & Chipset drivers from the manufacturer's website.

Test the RAM with the free utility MemTest86, then run a full 8 pass scan to test your RAM for physical errors:

Please do not hesitate to ask if you need further assistance.

    Hi,

I have followed the steps outlined in the documentation precisely and enabled Driver Verifier as instructed. After encountering three crashes, I collected the corresponding dump files. Additionally, I conducted multiple Windows Memory Diagnostic tests and several Memtest86+ tests, all of which returned no errors.

This link contains the minidump files from the three crashes.  https://www.filemail.com/d/dvuljepftetrrcc

Thank you very much for your assistance. I greatly appreciate your help.
