BSOD Error on Windows - Need help

Hello,

I've been encountering Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors on my Windows laptop (LOQ 15IRH8). The issue happens randomly, and I'm unsure of the cause. I've saved minidump files from the most recent crashes. This problem began after the replacement of  the MB and  RAM due to previous freezing issues while gaming.
Also after clean install of windows 11 these issue is still Ongoing

The BSOD errors I’ve seen include:

Hypervisor error
Kmode exception not handled
Driver not less or equal
You can access the minidump files here:

Could someone assist in analyzing these files or advise on the next steps to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi, unfortunately if you reinstalled Windows and the problem still occurs, it could be a hardware issue.

The Dump file also shows that you have a hardware problem, so it is almost 100% certain that your hardware is corrupted.

You may need to get your hardware serviced, the problem is most likely on the motherboard.

    Hi Again,

I've followed your instructions and enabled Driver Verifier. After that I collected the mini dump files However, even after using a restore point, the number of crashes increased significantly. Eventually, I wasn't unable to start my laptop so had to reinstall Windows.

During the reinstallation process, I encountered several blue screen errors, including:System Service Exception , Kernel Mode Trap Kmode Exception Not Handled I've attached the dump files for your review. I've attached the dump files for your review.

    Here’s the link: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AjCtI9cp4C8Rv2SODu1PDEt5OvgH

Edit : had to uninstall Realtek sound driver after which error was less frequent.

    Hi, thanks for the update.

The information you have provided indicates a problem with the system kernel, usually caused by a driver, which we need to verify further. Please first create a restore point for your system, then please refer to this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardw... to enable driver verifier. In the third step select "Automatically select all drivers installed on this computer", wait for a couple of new blue screens and then collect 2-3 new dump files and share the new dump files with me.

If the computer has any automatic overclocking features enabled (including XMP, PBO, etc.) or manual overclocking, please restore the defaults first.

Driver verifier puts heavy pressure on the drivers in your system to troubleshoot drivers that are in poor condition or misbehaving. It is normal for your computer to run slowly after driver verifier is turned on. The computer will also crash more frequently and generate dump files during this process.

If your system fails to boot after driver verifier is turned on or enough dump files are generated, please restore via the restore point.

    Hi Sakiko,

    Thanks again for your reply.

I've tried uninstalling the Realtek audio drivers and installing the Lenovo-specific ones, but the issue persists. I've been getting "System Service Exception" and "Kmode Exception" errors.

I've attached the latest dump files for your analysis. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to troubleshoot this

    problem.

Edit : I've noticed that the crashes have become less frequent and I haven't seen any Hypervisor error recently.

    Hello, I'm here to help.

From the information you provided, it seems that the Realtek audio driver is causing the problem.

This could be a faulty sound card or a faulty related driver. It is recommended to uninstall the sound card driver first, open the control panel to find the sound card driver and right click to uninstall it (the name of the sound card driver usually contains the word Realtek), and then go to the official website of the device manufacturer to download and install the latest version of the sound card driver.

Please feel free to reply. This is not a live chat channel and I may be in a different time zone than you. As a result, replies may be delayed and I may respond minutes to hours later.
