externall ssd with bootable windows boot error

hello microsoft. I have a problem with external ssd that have windows 10 installed on it. but my problem is...

  1. so the first thing I plug ssd in my computer with external usb cable.
  2. I downlaod wintousb tool and the I creat my windows on this external ssd.
  3. I setup boot in bios to boot from the external ssd
  4. windows finish installaion.

whene I use only windows its work fine.

but when I want to use and install different programe such vlc winrar office and so much more.

next time the ssd will not boot or it will boot and give blue screen. its not related to the software I installed because I always use these softwares on my main internal ssd and its work fine.

and its not related to windows version I tried so many version and its the same version like windows 8 and more.

I tried to fix the MBR and rebuild Bcd from external instalation media and its don't work.

please help me to fix this and I thank you

    Hello Nouasria,

    Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.

    You cannot install Windows on external storage, because the system is not designed for such use.

    The "Win to USB" tool you mentioned is not developed by Microsoft, and is therefore not supported.

    If you still need to use Windows in this way, please contact the developers of that tool for further assistance.
