Hi there, I'm John, a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand you're having browser crash issues on your Windows 11 device. I'm here to help! Thank you for providing the screenshot. It looks like you're using Google Chrome, is that correct? Does the issue also occur in Microsoft Edge or any other browser?

What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

If you haven’t tried anything yet and the issue is happening in Chrome, please check these troubleshooting steps that helped me fix a similar issue: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95669

Hi, I haven’t got to check it in other browser but my laptop always hangs and crashes. I’ve cleared up my memory and I still have a lot to spare. Also I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps yet the problem still exist.

Thank you for letting me know.

I suggest testing with another browser and taking note of whether the issue persists. Please provide details on which browser is causing the issue and which one is working fine.

About the freezing and crashing issues, is there a specific app or task that causes this? Any additional information you can provide will help us diagnose and resolve the issue. It would be helpful to be more specific about which apps are affected, as this can help us find the right fix.

Have you also made sure everything is up-to-date via Windows Update? In Device Manager, do you see any driver errors, indicated by a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark?

    Let's work together to resolve.
