Hi, I've been bothered by the blue screen for many days since the PC was assembled. The Bluescreen comes every one or two days randomly. I opened the dmp files with the BlueScreenView and it says the problematic file is ndis.sys, description is Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS) the error code is KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Here is the link to the files. bluescreen files.rar

If your PC continues to crash, please upload any new minidump files you may have for analysis.

    Hi Dave

Thank you for the instruction. I have done what you suggested and the problem is still there. Is it the problem of hardware?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

One if your minidump files does indicate it is your network drivers causing your PC to crash.

Go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, donwload and re-install the version of network drivers they provide.
