unsubscribe from a question

In an email notice of a reply, it says, "Unsubscribe: On the question, select the Subscribe option and then select Unsubscribe."-- I clicked on the question--see neither option.

    I just found teh question from which i want to unsubscribe--as you can see in upper right hand corner--my photo is there. I am logged in.
