Hello. Well If it is working but it is working in the opposite order of what you want then you would need to open the programs in opposite order. Open the Videos in the app and open Spotify in the web browser. Try that..
How to set up two audio output devices to output different audio sources at the same time?
Before asking a question, let's talk about a few conditions
- laptop
- External computer monitor and the monitor has an audio output as well as an audio input
- Let's assume that the audio output device of the notebook is A, and the audio output device of the monitor is B
When I have two different audio sources, one is the edge browser web to play the video, and the other is the Spotify to play the music.I'm playing edge browser videos on an external monitor and Spotify music on my computer.I want the edge browser video sound output on the monitor, and Spotify music output on the computer.
I've tried setting different app sounds to different audio output devices in the system sound settings, but this method doesn't work after a while.

I'm Rodrigo and I'll help you.
You can set it on by right-clicking the volume icon > Open Volume Mixer and setting the output device for a specific application under "Apps".
I believe you already did that as you said above, but what problems did you face with this option?
