My brand new pc windows 11 is stuck in a loop. I went to reset my PC but now it's going to 85% then restarts starts from 64% and then goes to 85% again and then restarts doing the same thing over and over. There is nothing for me to click or do to stop the cycle and I'm really unsure what to do.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Can you break out of that loop to access the recovery environment to start a new reset using these steps?

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC

Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing

    Then start the Reset
