    Hi OzzyOsborne,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on the original description, the device seems to be experiencing issues related to the game crash.

If you've tried a clean install of Windows, it means that the problem may be related to a compatibility conflict or an unstable power supply environment.

For example, the game may be supported up to a specific build version, or have specific voltage/wattage requirements.

To perform tests on the system itself, you may need to try some builds of Windows from a different date.

You can try to turn off some of the system's built-in features that may affect the behavior of the game, such as virtualization and memory integrity, before testing on the game.
