Driver power state failure

So everytime after like 3-5 minutes i think my pc crash(windows 11)and i got this error code:Driver power state failure,please tell me how to fix this problem+i want to know that if i reset the whole pc i wont crash anymore,Thanks

    Please provide more detail on that, do you mean you don't know how to upload the files or don't know how to reset Windows?

    Is there no Internet connection on your PC that you can use to upload the minidump files for analysis?

    Also, you asked if resetting Windows would solve the system crashes, usually that process would solve the problem.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
