    Hi,Andrew CHAU

Thank you for your reply, have you made some progress in carrying out some of the steps above or have you reported any errors yet to share.

Also, for better troubleshooting of your issue, the best suggestion is to share the battery report here as mentioned in what I shared above and I will make some accurate judgment for you.

    Best regards

    Hello, Andrew CHAU

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Hello, thank you for your feedback on your issue here, it seems that your computer shuts down at 30-40% power. (Please point out if I misunderstood your question)

For this case, it could be a hardware or software issue.

You can first refer to the steps below and after that feedback some information here:

    1. First of all, your computer's motherboard BIOS driver to update, you can go to the official website to download and reinstall it.
    2. Disconnect your external devices, after the power is disconnected, power off the state of long press the power for 30s, this will give the computer to release static electricity. At the same time, if you are convenient, you can reinstall the cmos computer.
    3. If it still does not work, please refer to the following steps to check:

Right click on the start menu. Select “Windows Powershell (Administrator)”, type “Powercfg /batteryreport”, after typing the command, the location of the battery report will be displayed.

Find the report in this directory, ending in .html, and open it with your browser.

You can share it here after this.

You can try it out by referring to the steps above, and after that, give some feedback and I will further support you.

    Best regards
