Ethernet not identified

Question

I have been struggling for hours trying to connect to my internet through my ethernet.

I am not able to connect to the internet with or without the cable, but I can still connect to the internet with any other device at home.

Another PC can connect to the ethernet through the cable and I have also tried to follow multiple youtube videos to try to fix it of which none worked.

At this point I just want any help or hint to try to fix my problem. I will also be willing to answer any question needed to help me fix this problem except the ones that would infringe on my personal information.
