My screen was flashing black so i re installed the display driver and its doing it again

When did the problem begin?
Click the Start Menu and type MSINFO32. Attach a screenshot of the System Information window to your next response.
Meanwhile, please go to Settings > System > Windows Update and apply all pending updates.
