I have such a problem, my computer turns off due to an old USB cable and my computer has critical avent kernel power 41 63, I would like to ask if there is any way to solve all my errors? Is there really no need to do anything, the computer will take care of itself? It would be easier to fix.

Thank you.

Have a good day.

    Hi, Karolis Petkūnas

    Thank you for your reply!

May I ask that do you still encounter problems after trying the MCT repair system solution I provided before?

Are you encountering new situations now?

What problem do you mean by "change the detail that shows the problem"? If it involves hardware or the lighting problem on the computer mentioned earlier, it may not be viewed in the event viewer inside Windows, because the lighting function is usually provided by the hardware manufacturer, and they can usually be set in the control software provided by the manufacturer. If it is a lighting-related problem, you can contact the hardware manufacturer to inquire about relevant information.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

    I'm sorry

What should computer specialists do for my computer, since I only use one device with an accessory and a computer case? As a professional, there is no other way for me to fix a computer.

Maybe there is some other way to do this, for example, change the detail that shows the problem, or maybe change it somehow so that the critical event is fixed and no longer shows via view reliability history? Maybe you can help?

Thanks for the help, but an antivirus program helped me.

    Hi, Karolis Petkūnas

    Thank you for your reply!

You can of course choose to only perform a system repair. You can choose to keep your personal files during the repair process. This solution will completely repair system components and will not cause other damage.

As for the icue you mentioned, after our inquiry, this is Corsair's control software, which is not developed by Microsoft. Therefore, if you want to repair icue, it is recommended that you go to the Corsair official website to download the latest version of the software and install it over it.

If the light on your computer still has problems after downloading icue, you need to consider the hardware factors. It is recommended that you contact the nearest computer repairer for testing.

If you still have questions, you are welcome to contact us at any time.

    Sincerely

    Hello.

    I apologize.

Thank you for such great help with the computer, I hope to do everything, but I wanted to ask if it is possible to try to do only system repair? Maybe it will only help the computer and I won't get any major damage?

I also wanted to ask, maybe I can help repair the icue device, because the lights on my computer are broken and it throws a critical avent that the device does not work properly, that is, it stops working when window drivers are loaded?

    Hi, Karolis Petkūnas

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand that you are experiencing a Kernel power 41(63) problem, this event only points to your computer shutting down incorrectly, which is usually not fixable on its own if the computer is experiencing this problem. There are a number of factors that can cause a computer to shut down incorrectly, so we would need more information to pinpoint the exact problem:

    1. May I ask what device's cable you are referring to as the old USB cable? Suggest you can unplug it first and see if the same problem occurs again.2. Have you experienced blue screen problems?3. Does your computer have any other problematic features other than accidental shutdown? Before that, you can try the following options to troubleshoot and solve the system factors: I. Perform a clean bootThe method is as follows1. Tap Windows+R and type msconfig2. Open System Configuration and select General tab - Selective Startup.3. Remove the checkbox of Load startup items.4. Go to the Services tab - click Hide all microsoft services in the lower left corner, and then click Disable all.5. Click OK and restart your computer. (Be sure to select Hide all Microsoft services first and then click Disable all, otherwise it may cause unforeseen problems such as not being able to access the system.)See if the problem still recurs.NOTE: Clean boot is a way to start Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if background programs are interfering with your games or programs and help you figure out the cause of the problem. It will help you get back on track.*Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background service is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.**These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get back on track.*II. Try to repair your system1. Search for CMD, find Command Prompt and select Run in Administrator Mode.2. Enter the following commands one by one, be sure to execute the next command after the previous one is completed.DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealthDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealthDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthSFC /Scannow3. After the scanning is completed, you can check the scanning information to see if the problem has been detected and fixed. If the problem still persists after the above two options, you can also repair your system by overriding the installation with Media Creation Tool, which is a non-destructive system repair that is different from reinstalling the system. Under normal circumstances, you do not need to re-install the installed applications and update the system to the newest version, but if you have any important data on the computer, we still recommend backing up the system in advance.Once you have completed the backup, please follow the steps in the guide below:1. Visit the site below and click “Download Tool Now” (not “Update Now”) to download Media Creation Tool.Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com) Run the MCT tool, select Upgrade this computer now, and select Keep files and applications.2. For detailed instructions on the above steps, you can view the video tutorials at the link below:Video Player (microsoft.com)Disclaimer: Let’s try performing an in-place install or in-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications. That being said, we always recommend that if you have important data, you should back it up before making large system changes. If you want to back up your data first, please do so. Once you are done backing up, you can follow the steps in the following guides:How to perform an In-place Upgrade with Windows 10 Step-by-Step Guide - Microsoft CommunityIf the problem persists after repairing the system, you may need to consider factors related to hardware damage. If you have any progress, please feel free to contact us.
