Hi Dylan,
Thanks so much for the response. I do have a controller connected to my pc. Should I just remove it when I'm not using it?

Hello, I am needing help with some critical errors I've had. Since the errors I have cleared space on my main drive (it was at red before) and I have updated my drivers. I am worried its a power problem as it says kernal power error on the critical issue.
While playing Balder's Gate 3, the first critical error occurred. My PC randomly shut down on the 08/08/2024. Another Critical Error occurred on the 14/08/2024 where my PC may have shut down while on sleep mode.

Hi Lucas,
I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.
The minidump file indicates the Xbox Controller driver as the cause of the BSOD. Have you connected the Xbox Controller to your computer?
