    Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    Thanks for the details.

    The minidumps you shared are old and appear to be corrupted, as I was unable to open any of them.

    I believe errors are occurring when creating the minidumps.

    Please do the following:

    Export and share the log for analysis:

    1. Press "Windows + X" and select "Event Viewer";
    2. Expand "Windows Logs" and select "System";
    3. In the "Actions" panel on the right, select "Filter Current Log";
    4. In "Event level", check the boxes "Critical", "Warning", and "Error" and click on "Ok";
    5. Again, in the "Actions" panel, select "Save Filtered Log File As" and save in an easily accessible place.

    Then, upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Hi David! I'm Sriya. Thank you for helping me out. Here's the minidump files.

    Just some extra info if that's of any use to you:

    The laptop turns on after restart - sometimes - it works for a minute or two and then freezes and goes to the blue screen with the error code again. The first time this happened I think the error code was Machine Check Expiration - although i'm not a 100% sure about this error code.

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please share the minidump files.

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

    Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
