Task bar not working

For context: My pc is split into two profiles, only one of them being admin and the other not.

I've already tried all the solutions I've found under similar posts like mine.

The task bar on one profile is totally frozen, then it reloads and then stops working again, while on another profile it still works perfectly fine. If I try to open settings or file explorer on the profile with the frozen taskbar it opens them (I can see that by pressing alt+tab) but I can't actually see them and get stuck on the desktop, other apps like google still work though.

All the solutions that were already given were tried on the profile that sill has a working taskbar as it is the only one with full admin permissions and the solutions mostly require to be admin.

    Dear RavenR15,

Hello! Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you.

I think you have found that the reason why the taskbar is frozen should be that there is a problem with your account configuration, and it probably needs administrator privileges. I wish I could solve your problem, however, it is more suitable for publishing on Microsoft Learn , more users post these problems there, you can click "Ask a question", there are experts who can offer more professional solutions at this point.

Here is a link to the forum where you can address specific scenarios and share your idea to solve the problem.

I sincerely hope that your question will be dealt with appropriately after contacting the right department. Thank you for your understanding!

    Best Wishes
