My apologies about that. Let's try doing a network reset.
In the Command Prompt window, type the following commands one by one, pressing Enter after each:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
After running these commands, restart your computer to apply the changes.
