Windows 11 Crash

Hello, when I go to download some games my fritz box wifi stick turns off and does not turn on again, I go to restart the pc and it gives me this error: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000004, 0x000000000000012c, 0xffff80061452b040, 0xffffca876d45f7c0). how can I solve it?

    Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy any minidump files you find to your desktop. Afterward, share these files through OneDrive or Google Drive so we can analyze them and identify the specific file that's causing the crash.
