Sometimes in sleep mode, my computer will not react to any input. How do I fix this?

My Omen 30L windows 11 PC will randomly not respond to any inputs from the keyboard or mouse while in sleep mode. The device itself will be turned on with the fans running and the GPU lights on but whenever I try to wake by pressing anything on the keyboard or clicking the mouse it wont work. Even when I hold the power button to turn it off it wont respond. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it from the outlet which is really bad for the device. Its been tearing up my drive and I don't know how to fix it or even what the issue is. I've gone in Computer Management and tried to find out what it was but no luck. If anyone knows how to fix it or what the issue is please respond. Thank you.
