Hello! My laptop froze, the fans were very loud and needed hard reset to start working again. I ran the reliability monitor and this is the record:

    Hello Lina Douma,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.

Error 0xA1000001 means that the parameter is incorrect. Since the error is being detected by the AMD Crash Defender driver, it is likely that the GPU suddenly disconnects, causing the freezing.

If you have any overclocking or undervoltage set up in the system and in BIOS (including memory XMP), please revert them, and see whether the issue persists.

Disclaimer: Microsoft provides no assurances and/or warranties, implied or otherwise, and is not responsible for the information you receive from the third-party linked sites or any support related to technology.

If you are going to modify BIOS Settings, please back up all your personal files first to ensure you do not lose data.

If the issue still persists, there may be a connection issue with the GPU. Since it is a laptop computer, please contact the manufacturer for a repair or replacement if it is still in warranty, or your local repair shop for a hardware checkup if not.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

    Best Regards,
