When i open up windows i can see it loading, but when it loads up the loading stops completely. I have tried to make a flash drive with windows on it but the same problem happened, is there anyway i can load up windows without the computer freezing during the startup screen?

First make sure your usb is 3.1 not the 2.0 because if you try usb 2.0 on usb port 3 then we face this kind of issue it will fix your issue if not then please update your motherboard bios it will definitely fix your issue.

    CPU: ryzen 9 7950x 16-core

    Gpu: RTX 3090

SSD: Samsung SSD 980 Pro 2TB

Motherboard: Asus x670 Rog v1 (this is what bios says)

    64 gigs of ram

Nothing else I can check on since I can’t access windows, only thing I can access is the UEFI Bios

Windows freezes mostly on faulty old slow hard drive make sure you have SSD because ssd will make your computer faster.
