Hello Angel Navedo,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.
Can you clarify, "microphone not working"? How do you connect the microphone? Is it the internal one on a laptop, one connected via 3.5 mm jacks, USB, or Bluetooth? Please describe the issue in detail, so we can better understand your situation.
Also, we need to see your audio setup. To do so, press Windows+R and enter "mmsys.cpl". Go to the Recording tab, and provide a screenshot. Then, right-click Start->Device manager, expand the "Audio inputs and outputs", "Bluetooth", "Sound, video, and game controllers", and "Other devices" section, and provide a screenshot as well.
We look forward to your response.
